If a week says it's full (in red writing under the dates) please contact our registrar for more details and to see if we can still fit them in or if we can find a place for your camper in a different week.

You have 2 options of how to register...
Register By Mail:(available now)
To register by mail please print both pages of the registration form and complete the form. Then mail it to our registrar with a cheque or money order.
Register Online: (open now!)
Register online as of Feb. 9, 2018. In order to register online please follow the link for online registration. The link will bring you to our online form. Please complete the form in full. You will then be able to process your payment through Pay Pal and pay with your Credit Card.

Give the Gift of Camp
Camp Tanner invites you to give the gift of Camp to your grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and children for their birthdays. Simply print our registration form or contact our registrar, Sandra Schurman at email@example.com and she will provide you with a registration form. A week of camp provides experiences of a lifetime!
Please note as weeks begin to fill up, some weeks registrations will be closed. If a week says "Full" under it, we are not longer accepting registrations for that week.
If a week is full please contact our registrar at 519-475-4833 or firstname.lastname@example.org for more information or to see if we can still find your camper a place with us.
Please do not proceed to register a camper for a week that says it is full.
Registration for the 2018 camping season is now open! Access our online registration or print a form and mail it in.
Registrations will be accepted by the Registrar until the camps are full.
A Maximum of 56 campers will be accepted for each camp.

The 2018 Registration Fee for all summer camping sessions is $310.00
(includes 13% HST).
The 2018 Registration Fee for the May Long Weekend Camp is $120.00
(includes 13% HST).
Please make cheques payable to CAMP TANNER INC. A current cheque, money order, or PayPal Payment must accompany a fully completed registration. A family rate is available for families with three or more children attending camps during the 2018 season. Please call the registrar for details. Childcare receipts are available.
No refunds available after June 30th.

Please Note: Incomplete registration forms will be returned and campers will not be registered until required paperwork and all signatures are complete.

Confirmations will be emailed where possible, all others will be sent by regular mail. If your choice of camp is filled, the registrar will contact you concerning the possible placement in another week of camp.

2018 Mail In Registration Form
To get a paper copy of our registration form please download and print one from the link below. Pease print out both pages of the form, fill it out by hand, and return it by mail with your cheque or money order. If you require a paper form and don't have a way to get it online please call our registrar for assistance.
Camp Tanner Policies
Please read and review the following policies with your camper before bringing them to their week of camp.
Camp Tanner provides a safe and enjoyable experience for campers.
Camp Tanner is a smoke, alcohol, drug & electronics free environment.
Respect for staff, fellow campers, property and facilities are expected. We reserve the right to send a camper home for not conforming to these standards or disruptive behaviour. Any campers sent home for inappropriate behaviour may not be considered as a camper in the future nor entitled to any amount of refund.
It is strongly recommended that all campers remain at camp for the full camp week. If the need arises, a camper will be allowed to leave the camp one time only, the exception being family or medical emergencies. If a camper must leave, we ask the parents or guardians to please put in writing the times of the pickup and delivery back to camp and give to the program directors at registration.
